An open letter to all Synapse customers and clients

Dear Synapse Client

I regret to inform you that we have closed the business and ceased trading. Some of you may be aware that I have suffered unexpected and severe family traumas during the last six months and the stress of these events means I have been unable to devote any time to looking after the business or my clients. And, because the situation is not getting any better for me and I am keen to do the right thing for my clients, I have decided to move on.

I have made arrangements with a trusted colleague, Ceri Richmond of Core Web Design, and all existing business arrangements will be honoured going forward. Ceri and his team run a much respected and successful Cardiff based business, engaging in similar types of work to Synapse...Namely web design and development and associated services such as domain name registration and web hosting.

Ceri is a trusted friend and business associate with over a decade of industry experience. He has lectured in New Media Practice for the University of Glamorgan, been Head of Web at S4C, advised global business concerns such as PepsiCo International and McCormick (Quaker Oats) as well as more recently heading up a team of 6 at Core Web Design. Ceri and his team have assured me that all Synapse customers will receive top class treatment during the transition period and that all Synapse relationships, both personal and professional, will be respected and managed carefully going forward. I wholly recommend that you make the most of the situation and take advantage of Core's expertise and excellent levels of customer service.
